Patient Satisfaction

South East Ultrasound Ltd is committed to providing a professional, relaxed and informative service to all of our clients. We work hard to ensure that your experience with us from booking your appointment through to the end of your visit meets your expectations.

To help us do this there will be a Patient Satisfaction Feedback Questionnaire available for you to complete after your appointment. All questionnaires will be treated in strictest confidence and can be completely anonymous if you choose.  We will be able to identify any issues which may be experienced and take action to rectify without delay.

We are committed to the provision of high quality care and continuous improvement, if we fail to meet expectation in any way we hope that people will tell us. Equally, if you have been impressed by our service we would be pleased to hear about your experience so we may pass this on to our team. 

If you are unhappy in respect to your care, treatment or visit please speak in the first instance with a member of staff as we would like to take the opportunity to put things right immediately.
